As an Assistant Manager at Copper Branch, you will work as one of the managers within this fun and cool concept. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. During these working hours, you will lead by example and work with the team to ensure that Copper Branch's guests have a fantastic experience. You will perform all duties as Assistant Restaurant Manager, but also take on responsibilities and manage the team. You are a coach at heart! In addition, you will deal with the planning/schedule and individual development of your colleagues.
